Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist

A growing organization is seeking a Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to lead end-to-end campaign execution and drive measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio)
  • Build and optimize email nurture programs and audience segmentation strategies
  • Develop high-impact content including thought leadership, case studies, and solution messaging
  • Partner with Sales to drive account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, programmatic)
  • Track performance using analytics and CRM dashboards, continuously improving ROI
  • Maintain data integrity and lead attribution within Salesforce CRM
  • Support events, webinars, and proposal development with targeted marketing collateral

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, with strong marketing automation expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and nurture strategies
  • Excellent communication and executive-level writing skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience with ABM platforms or intent data tools
  • Background in technology-driven environments

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
