About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic Director of Digital Marketing to spearhead its digital growth initiatives. In this strategic and hands-on leadership role, you will drive the digital marketing strategy across multiple channels, including paid media, SEO, CRM, and lifecycle marketing. Your primary goal will be to enhance qualified lead generation and accelerate enrollment growth.

You will define the importance of each digital channel in the customer journey, ensuring seamless execution while collaborating with marketing leadership to align our digital investment strategy with the broader business and franchise growth objectives. You'll also lead and nurture the internal digital marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance, and managing relationships with external digital agencies.

To succeed in the role of Director of Digital Marketing, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (an advanced degree is preferred) and have a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing leadership. You will need a proven track record of leading successful digital teams, managing agency partnerships, and a strong proficiency in marketing analytics, data analysis, and performance measurement.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, paid media platforms, and website optimization is essential. A strong interest in digital innovation and emerging marketing technologies will also be critical. Proficiency in Google Workspace is required, and familiarity with Asana and Mac-based environments is a plus.

You should have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives. A commitment to continuous improvement and optimization is key to your success.
