Job Description

The company is seeking an Executive Director - Head of E-Communications Surveillance to take on a pivotal leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and guiding the Communications Surveillance review team, with a focus on the timely identification, escalation, and resolution of risks.

Responsibilities

• Managing and guiding the Communications Surveillance review team
• Driving improvements in surveillance training
• Designing and managing performance metrics
• Leading the implementation and optimization of surveillance systems to meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices

The ideal candidate will have experience in serving as a liaison between compliance leadership and internal partners, and will be adept at contributing subject matter expertise to central compliance training efforts. A proactive and strategic approach to risk management, along with the ability to design and manage reporting tools to measure program effectiveness, is essential.
