Marketing Manager - Client Marketing & Communications

Location: New York City

Key Responsibilities

Unify Marketing Communications & Brand

Establish and enforce brand guidelines across all client touchpoints

Integrate messaging across email campaigns (Mailchimp), digital advertising, and client materials

Audit and align all marketing assets to ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity

Own Marketing Operations

Manage integrated marketing calendar and campaign execution

Maintain and monitor accurate marketing metrics in Salesforce

Suggest and implement design with new media creatives in Canva, Photoshop or Video format

Execute email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp with A/B testing and segmentation

Oversee advertising across Spotify Ads Manager, Trade Desk, and self-serve platforms

Coordinate client events, filming media, and organizing media production

Drive Performance Through Analytics

Track KPIs across marketing channels and report on ROI

Remove underperforming campaigns based on metrics

Propose and test new marketing initiatives based on data insights

Manage marketing budget and optimize spend allocation

Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with call center on client engagement strategies

Coordinate with creative teams and external agencies

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Requirements

Must Have

3-5 years marketing experience in professional services

Proven experience with Mailchimp, Salesforce, and programmatic advertising platforms

Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Excellent project management and communication skills

Preferred

Legal or financial services marketing experience

Experience with Trade Desk and Spotify Ads Manager

Budget management track record

Marketing automation expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
