About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and highly skilled Marketing Manager with strong experience in multifamily real estate marketing. This individual will support portfolio-wide marketing strategy, enhance brand consistency, manage digital and print marketing, and strengthen occupancy through data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate understands lead sources, SEO, ILS performance, conversion ratios, and marketing ROI, and brings fresh, innovative ideas to strengthen both corporate and property-level marketing. Graphic design skills are a strong plus.

Full-Time | Onsite | Montvale, NJ (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Portfolio Support

  • Support and execute marketing strategies across a national multifamily portfolio.
  • Maintain company-wide brand consistency across all digital, print, and property-level materials.
  • Introduce new and creative marketing initiatives to improve lead flow, traffic, and occupancy.
  • Review marketing analytics to monitor ROI, lead quality, and conversion performance.

Digital Presence, SEO & Reputation Management

  • Manage the company’s digital footprint, including website updates, social media presence, and SEO optimization.
  • Oversee Google Reviews, Reputation.com, Apartments.com, LinkedIn and other review platforms; develop strategies to improve ratings and resident sentiment.
  • Partner with onsite teams to enhance online reputation and promote positive engagement.

ILS (Internet Listing Services) & Lead Management

  • Manage and optimize property listings on all ILS platforms.
  • Ensure listing accuracy, analyze performance metrics, and adjust content to drive qualified leads.
  • Track lead sources, cost per lead, cost per lease, and conversion ratios to improve overall marketing efficiency.

Creative Design & Branding

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including digital ads, flyers, brochures, property signage, and social graphics.
  • Support property rebranding efforts, renovations, and special projects with professional marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with regional and property managers on tailored marketing materials to enhance leasing success.

Campaigns, Advertising & Content Development

  • Assist in the creation and management of marketing campaigns for lease-ups, promotions, and community events.
  • Produce engaging content for newsletters, announcements, social media, and resident communications.
  • Support development of photos, videos, and visual content that highlight property strengths and amenities.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with Regional Managers, Operations, HR, and Asset Management on marketing needs.
  • Support corporate events, branding initiatives, and employee engagement projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within multifamily real estate or a related industry.
  • Experience with SEO, digital advertising, ILS platforms, and online reputation management.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and cross-functional priorities.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
