The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the revenue organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full revenue tech stack, ensuring data-driven processes from lead to close, and driving forecasting accuracy. This role involves overseeing sales onboarding, training, and performance frameworks, as well as optimizing sales processes, compensation structures, and territory design. The VP will also be a key player in cross-functional alignment, particularly with marketing, underwriting, product, and finance teams. Beyond operational duties, the role includes leading strategic initiatives, managing organizational change, and developing a high-performing Revenue Operations team.

Candidates for the VP of Revenue Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and 8-15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles. The role requires a proven track record in designing and optimizing end-to-end revenue processes, expertise in CRM and sales enablement tools, and strong analytics and reporting skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI development, as well as demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and change management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills are essential, as is the ability to drive CRM adoption and maintain data integrity.
