Position Overview

Coty is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate. The Assistant Marketing Manager, Digital & Influencer Marketing is responsible for supporting the Manager, Social & Digital and the Manager, PR & Influencer Marketing in executing both paid and organic media strategies across multiple consumer touchpoints. Working closely with Local Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, and external agency teams, you will help drive impactful campaigns – from digital paid media to social content and influencer collaborations – while ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • PAID MEDIA: Assist with day-to-day execution of paid media plans, including briefing local media asset development, managing custom content partnerships, providing creative feedback, developing paid and earned media & influencer content briefs, coordinating paid search strategies with local teams and agencies, leading creation of e-commerce retail media assets, and attending weekly meetings with the paid media agency.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA: Manage the social media agency and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter); plan and manage the monthly content calendar (creative assets, model imagery, IG Reels, TikToks, email blasts, creative briefs, paid influencer content); monitor performance with strategic recommendations; collaborate with Trade Marketing; attend weekly organic social meetings; review and engage with UGC and creator content; and assist with TikTok content creation, editing, and posting.
  • PR & INFLUENCER MARKETING STRATEGY: Assist in creating and adapting global IM/PR plans for US initiatives, partner with agencies to maintain comprehensive reporting, and cultivate and manage influencer relationships to support COVERGIRL & Rimmel US.
  • DIGITAL: Support the development of local 360° PR plans by liaising with trade, e-commerce, and digital teams to create buzz strategies for launches and ongoing brand storytelling, while exploring inventive new media and social channel strategies aligned to the brand.
  • PRESS KITS: Oversee the creation and distribution of press materials—including press releases, bios, Q&As, media and beauty alerts—and develop unique briefs for influencer partnerships and content creation.
  • EVENTS: Assist in executing high-profile local PR events designed to introduce new products, brand ambassadors, and campaigns to key media, influencers, and consumers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (4-year Undergraduate Degree)
  • 3-5 years of work experience in Marketing, Digital, or PR/Influencer Agency
  • Beauty industry experience is very strongly preferred
