Sr Product Manager, HEMGENIX® HCP Marketing
Position Overview
The Senior Product Manager will support the development of strategy and execute tactics directed at health care professionals for promoting HEMGENIX in the US. You will use customer and market insights to challenge established thinking and solve brand issues innovatively; creating impactful marketing programs that drive hemophilia B gene therapy understanding and adoption of HEMGENIX.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop impactful creative, messages, and core content aligned with the commercial strategy.
- Drive non-personal and personal HCP engagement and education activities.
- Align with Sales leadership on execution priorities.
- Lead cross-functional teams including medical, insights analytics, and field sales to drive key insights and customer-driven decisions.
- Lead HCP strategy and execution to meet brand/business objectives.
- Orchestrate content development from brief to launch, collaborating with the field team for feedback.
- Design and execute innovative promotional initiatives and tactics for HCPs in line with brand strategies.
- Guide strategic decisions and ensure flawless execution of promotional campaigns and programs.
- Develop promotional messages, programs, and sales force tools for HCPs.
- Collaborate with Insights and Analytics to drive market research initiatives.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders for the creation and rollout of high-impact marketing tools.
- Develop and execute peer-to-peer initiatives and materials for HCPs.
- Collaborate with sales training to ensure world-class training on promotional tools and programs.
- Build effective working relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Partner across the HEMGENIX marketing team to ensure tactical alignment with brand strategies.
- Collaborate with the IDELVION team to ensure a one-CSL approach to customers.
- Manage internal legal, regulatory, and medical review processes of new materials for compliant HCP communications.
- Manage budgets and monitor performance to ensure cost-effective delivery of programs.
- Support annual brand planning, agency management, and HCP congresses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a healthcare discipline; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of healthcare experience with 5+ years in commercial marketing in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Strong marketing acumen with expertise in market research, segmentation, brand positioning, and tactical plan development.
- Ability to build meaningful experiences with HCPs by understanding their needs.
- Bias for action and capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exemplary judgment and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
- Excellent communication skills and self-awareness of leadership style.
- Ability to build productive partnerships and collaborate in a matrix organization.
- Proven experience developing and executing diverse online and offline marketing tactics, including digital, print, video, and CRM.
