Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national value-based care strategy aligned with enterprise growth goals.
• Serve as a thought leader and advisor to national and market-level executives on VBC innovation and performance.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in value-based contracting models, people management experience, proven success in matrixed organizations undergoing rapid growth and transformation. Strong analytics and financial acumen are also required.
