Position Overview
Marketing Manager – Deloitte Consulting High-Growth Businesses in New York. Join our Consulting Marketing team to execute strategic campaigns for diverse businesses including emerging service areas such as Smart Factory @ Wichita.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to support Deloitte's high-growth businesses by coordinating efforts and ensuring consistent internal and external messaging.
- Build, execute and oversee messaging, marketing collateral development, lead generation, nurturing and overall campaign strategy.
- Develop strategy and execute end-to-end, multi-pronged marketing campaigns for priority offerings.
- Capture results and perform metrics and ROI analysis to assess campaign success and inform future strategies.
- Foster cross-firm relationships with other marketing teams, sales enablement, marketplace partnerships, and leaders of high-growth businesses.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Innovation: Bring innovative thinking and best practices to all marketing activities.
- Project Management: Demonstrate proactive organization skills to drive campaign development and execution.
- Writing: Draft diverse content including messaging, internal communications, and sales materials.
- Thoughtware Execution: Manage creation, editing, design and announcements of thought leadership content.
- Social & Digital Media: Develop and implement plans for campaign activations across digital channels.
- Event Support: Assist with event logistics including planning, invitations, registration, materials, and on-site support.
- Internal Communications: Coordinate with internal teams to develop communication campaigns for various audiences.
- PR: Work with the PR team to drive media relations and secure coverage when applicable.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in marketing communications with experience in developing and executing strategic campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven skills in content creation, messaging, and collateral development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B technology product or software marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B professional services marketing and high-growth business environments.
