• Generate Leads: Walk designated neighborhoods and engage prospective customers.
• Educate & Consult: Introduce homeowners to Erie Home's solutions and schedule them for a free, no-obligation estimate.
• Represent the Best: Ensure all potential customers have an exceptional experience, reflecting the high quality and professional standards of Erie Home.
• Hit Goals: Achieve individual and team goals each week and get paid well for it.

The successful candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality, strong work ethic, and ability to work outdoors daily. A quick learner with a positive attitude and reliable transportation is required.
