Job Title: Customer Experience Center (CEC) Manager / Briefing Program Manager/Event Coordinator
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid)

About the Role
Join a high-performing team supporting a global technology organization in delivering world-class customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute as a Briefing Program Manager / CEC Manager, managing executive-level meetings, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of executive meetings in the Customer Experience Center (CEC), including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead the briefing process for executive meetings, conferences, and partner events.
- Develop and implement best practices for CEC meetings - including agenda templates, communication guides, and event documentation.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams to align meeting goals and content.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Use data and AI tools to improve process efficiency and meeting outcomes.
- Gather feedback from participants to enhance the CEC experience continuously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing executive meetings, briefings, or corporate events (preferably in a B2B or technology environment).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with C-level executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and event management platforms.
- Experience with BriefingSource or similar tools is a plus.
