This is an exciting opportunity to contribute as a Briefing Program Manager / CEC Manager, managing executive-level meetings, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of executive meetings in the Customer Experience Center (CEC), including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Lead the briefing process for executive meetings, conferences, and partner events.
  • Develop and implement best practices for CEC meetings - including agenda templates, communication guides, and event documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and executive teams to align meeting goals and content.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Use data and AI tools to improve process efficiency and meeting outcomes.
  • Gather feedback from participants to enhance the CEC experience continuously.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing executive meetings, briefings, or corporate events (preferably in a B2B or technology environment).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interacting with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and event management platforms.
  • Experience with BriefingSource or similar tools is a plus.
