Responsibilities:. – Search for and reach out to candidates in modeling, fashion, sales, admin, and creative fields.. – Scout and recruit specialists from other agencies and companies.. – Build a network of model scouts, sales managers, booking agents, administrators, and marketing talent.. – Conduct initial screenings and present opportunities professionally.. – Manage communication and coordinate interviews.. . Requirements:. – Strong communication and networking skills.. – Experience in recruiting or sales is a plus.. – Confidence in outreach and cold contacting.. – Organized, reliable, and fast-working.. .
