You will work with demand generation, content, product marketing, design, and sales to launch campaigns for a technology audience. Success depends on disciplined execution, clean analytics, and continuous optimization across the funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, paid social, email, and marketing automation platforms
- Build and maintain landing pages, forms, nurture journeys, and conversion paths using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, WordPress, or Webflow
- Monitor performance in GA4, Google Search Console, CRM dashboards, and campaign reports; identify trends in traffic, leads, conversion rate, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements, including metadata, internal linking, technical recommendations, and content briefs
- Coordinate content distribution across email, social, organic search, and partner channels while maintaining a detailed campaign calendar
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, ad creative, landing-page messaging, calls to action, and audience segments
- Document campaign results and present actionable recommendations to marketing and cross-functional stakeholders
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related role, preferably in a technology environment
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and a CRM
- Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, paid media operations, email marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing attribution
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret channel performance and translate data into clear next steps
- Excellent written communication and project-management skills, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with Looker Studio, Salesforce, Ahrefs, Semrush, HTML/CSS, marketing automation workflows, or B2B SaaS and product-led growth programs
