Join our team as a Senior Product Manager specializing in marketing technology solutions within F5's Digital Organization. In this pivotal role, you will help shape our mission to build a data-driven, agile, and scalable marketing technology ecosystem that enhances demand generation, boosts operational efficiency, and delivers exceptional digital experiences.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will

  • Define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for key marketing platforms and tools, including Sanity.io, Marketo, and campaign enablement solutions.
  • Support vital marketing functions such as demand generation, campaign management, segmentation, event marketing, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including web strategy, integrated marketing, product marketing, brand, engineering teams, and digital departments like enterprise architecture, data, and AI.

This high-impact, cross-functional leadership position requires a deep understanding of marketing technology, outstanding operational proficiency, and the ability to align with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage the entire product lifecycle for marketing platforms—from ideation and development to launch and optimization—ensuring reliability, scalability, and user-centric design.
  • Foster a product-driven mindset across teams and enhance processes for delivering iterative value efficiently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong emphasis on digital technology platforms and marketing ecosystems.
  • A proven ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Sanity.io, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Vercel.
  • Experience leading organizational change initiatives towards product-led or agile delivery methodologies.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Able to navigate complexity and guide teams through change with assurance and clarity.
