Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online identity, engage with our community, and drive business growth through innovative marketing campaigns. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics is essential, along with a solid understanding of SEO, social listening, and branding principles. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to analyze data to optimize marketing strategies.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
- Manage social media calendars using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social listening channels to gauge public sentiment and identify opportunities for engagement or improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO best practices to improve content visibility on search engines.
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI.
- Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign performance and user engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with the public relations team to manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners for brand promotion.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
- Manage branding initiatives that reinforce the company's identity across digital channels.
- Coordinate e-commerce marketing efforts to support online sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, social media management, video editing, graphic design, and related fields.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with demonstrated success in executing social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), graphic design, video editing, and photography is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Strong understanding of SEO techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), keyword research, and social listening tools.
- Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and knowledge of e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and branding consistency.

Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,250.00 per week
