Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

Flow Pros Plumbing Inc. is looking for a motivated, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our online presence and generate new business opportunities.

This is not just a social media posting position. We are looking for someone who can create content, market our services, actively source leads, identify new opportunities, and help turn our marketing efforts into booked plumbing jobs.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with social media, digital marketing, local community outreach, lead generation, and communicating with potential residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content
• Film, edit, and post short-form videos, Reels, before-and-after projects, educational content, promotions, and company updates
• Create graphics, flyers, promotions, and advertisements using Canva or similar programs
• Develop marketing campaigns for plumbing services, seasonal promotions, special offers, and company projects
• Actively source new residential and commercial leads
• Research potential commercial clients, property managers, HOAs, real estate professionals, general contractors, restaurants, businesses, and other organizations that may need plumbing services
• Identify new lead sources, referral opportunities, and potential partnerships
• Reach out to potential customers and business partners through phone, email, social media, and other appropriate channels
• Monitor Facebook groups, community pages, local platforms, and other sources for potential plumbing opportunities
• Assist with following up on marketing-generated leads
• Track where leads are coming from and which marketing campaigns are producing calls, estimates, and booked jobs
• Help grow our Google presence and encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews
• Assist with paid advertising campaigns when needed
• Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities
• Maintain an organized marketing and lead-generation calendar
• Provide regular reports on leads generated, engagement, campaign performance, and booked opportunities
• Continuously bring new marketing and lead-generation ideas to the company

What We're Looking For

• Experience in social media management, marketing, lead generation, sales, business development, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms
• Comfortable using Canva and basic photo/video editing tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making calls and reaching out to potential customers and businesses
• Self-motivated and able to actively find opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in
• Organized and able to properly track leads and follow-ups
• Creative and comfortable developing new marketing ideas
• Ability to work independently and meet goals
• Reliable, professional, and consistent
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Experience marketing for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, home services, or another service-based business is a major plus

Schedule & Compensation

Full-time and part-time candidates may be considered.

Schedule and compensation will be discussed based on experience, qualifications, and availability.

There may also be opportunities for performance-based incentives or bonuses tied to qualified leads and/or successfully booked jobs.

We are looking for someone who is ready to bring ideas, find opportunities, generate leads, and grow with Flow Pros Plumbing Inc.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
