FOODINI · WE'RE HIRING

Growth Marketing Coordinator

Full time

The short version

Foodini is a venture-backed dietary intelligence platform. We give restaurants, hotels, airports, stadiums and food-service operators the ingredient-level data they need to disclose allergens accurately, stay compliant with new state laws, and win the guests they currently turn away.

Demand is being created for us by regulation. Our job now is to make sure every operator who needs a solution finds Foodini first. You will be the person who runs that engine every day: SEO, paid ads, HubSpot and email, measured against one number, qualified leads for our sales team.

Ultimately our mission is to make dietary needs easy for the 173m Americans with a food allergy or dietary restriction.

Why now

California SB-68 took effect on July 1, 2026. Every restaurant chain with 20+ US locations now has to disclose the FDA Top 9 allergens on every menu item, including on ordering platforms. Virginia and New York have passed similar laws, and more states are close behind.

That means hundreds of thousands of operators are searching for answers right now, and most of them have never heard of us. With allergens, 90% correct is 100% wrong, and the spreadsheets and PDF matrices they rely on today do not hold up. Few marketing roles get to sell into a market that a new law has just created.

What you will own

  • Search and content - Own SEO and AEO for foodini.co: keyword research, on-page fixes, internal linking and site speed, working with our developers.
  • Turn our regulatory expertise into content that ranks: state-by-state law pages, compliance guides, and landing pages for restaurants, airports, stadiums and hotels.
  • Paid acquisition - Launch, run and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta Ads aimed at operators in the states where laws are live or coming.
  • Set up clean conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, tag management) so every dollar reports a cost per qualified lead.
  • Test constantly: copy, audiences, offers, landing pages. Move budget weekly toward what converts.

CRM and lifecycle

  • Make HubSpot the source of truth: clean data, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and source tracking on every lead.
  • Get inbound leads to sales the same day, and build the dashboards that show what marketing contributes to pipeline.
  • Build nurture sequences, newsletters and event campaigns, segmented by vertical, state and stage.
  • Reporting - A short daily update to the go-to-market team and a weekly scorecard: spend, leads, cost per lead, and what you are changing next.

You are probably a fit if

  • You have 2 to 4 years in digital marketing and have personally run at least three of SEO, paid ads, CRM and email.
  • You know HubSpot well (Marketing Hub and CRM). Certifications are a plus.
  • You have managed Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads against a budget and a cost-per-lead target, and can explain what you changed and why.
  • You are comfortable in GA4, Search Console and tag setup, and you like finding the answer in the data.
  • You write clear, punchy English for a US audience of restaurant and hospitality operators.
  • You prefer shipping fast and measuring to waiting for a perfect plan, and you are happy owning outcomes, not just tasks.
  • You are AI native and use the latest tooling and models.

Bonus points

  • B2B SaaS experience, especially selling to restaurants, hospitality or food service.
  • Experience marketing a compliance, legal-tech or regulated product.
  • Design comfort in Canva or Figma for ad creative and landing pages.
