Acquisition Marketing Manager (Fine Jewelry)
GOODSTONE creates engagement rings, wedding bands, and fine jewelry for clients who research, compare, and often book a showroom appointment before purchasing. We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical, and resourceful Acquisition Marketing Manager to own the flow of qualified clients to our website and showrooms.
This individual contributor role focuses on executing campaigns, managing agency partners, analyzing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve acquisition.
Instructions: Email info@goodstoneinc.com with your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and interest in GOODSTONE.
Job responsibilities include
- Acquisition Dashboard: Track qualified traffic and leads by channel and showroom, identify performance changes, and manage active tests.
- Paid Search: Partner with our current agency, review campaign changes and reporting, and progressively take over campaigns directly as you demonstrate results.
- SEO & AI Search: Monitor buyer search behavior, including visibility across ChatGPT and Gemini. Manage our SEO partner, update website pages, and maintain accurate product and showroom information.
- Affiliate Marketing: Recruit editorial and creator partners, establish commissions, and ensure commissions are tied to genuinely new clients.
- Booking Conversion: Test product and showroom pages to increase appointment bookings.
- Local Search: Manage Google listings across all four showrooms.
- Reddit: Monitor conversations about GOODSTONE and the jewelry category, sharing relevant buyer insights.
- Tracking & Attribution: Maintain accurate UTMs and source tagging to track client acquisition.
Brand strategy, creative production, social posting, PR, email programs, and events are owned by other team members.
Candidates must be/have
- 3–4 years of hands-on digital acquisition experience
- Direct Google Ads experience, including search terms, negative keywords, budgets, and bidding
- Working SEO knowledge, including Google Search Console, evaluating rankings, and updating pages independently
- Strong working knowledge of GA4
- Experience managing agencies and questioning their reporting
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to investigate performance changes and act independently
A plus
- Experience managing multiple channels at a growing business
- Experience marketing considered purchases involving consultations or appointments, such as bridal, jewelry, aesthetics, dermatology, elective medical, or premium home services
- Affiliate program experience
Jewelry knowledge is not required. We will teach you.
How We Measure Success
- Qualified Acquisition: Growth in qualified traffic, leads, and showroom appointments
- Channel Performance: Identifying what drives results and acting on changes
- Conversion: Improving appointment bookings and qualified inquiries
- Attribution: Maintaining reliable source tracking
- Ownership: Proactively identifying issues and implementing solutions
- Partner Accountability: Holding agencies to clear deliverables and measurable results

Expect a practical exercise using real account data. We will ask what you personally did in previous roles, not what your team or agency did.
