As a Stories Marketing Manager, you will lead the discovery, cultivation, and promotion of the compelling stories of our users and partners. You will create strategies, operationalize processes, and deliver narratives that resonate across multiple marketing channels while ensuring each story is high-impact and aligns with Google’s brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a robust stories database to ensure a continuous pipeline of high-quality narratives aligned with marketing priorities.
- Craft authentic and powerful narratives by conducting interviews, shaping key messages, and refining stories to captivate audiences while mastering the Google voice.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate stories into campaigns, announcements, and case studies, providing guidance on adapting them for various channels.
- Refine and optimize the operational process for managing the storytelling pipeline from discovery to publication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in brand marketing, content creation, communications management, or a related role focused on storytelling and narrative development.
- Proven experience in developing narratives, writing, editing, and distilling information into clear, concise, and engaging stories.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing a stories database or content management system.
- Understanding of using storytelling to build brand awareness and drive business goals.
- Ability to build, implement, and manage strategic, cross-collaborative projects with quality, accuracy, and timely execution.
- Capable of thriving in a cross-functional environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with people to uncover unique stories.

- Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
