Chief Marketing Officer
Gratwick100% REMOTE
Chief Marketing Officer. Gratwick Enterprises.
Read the whole thing. Most of you should stop early. That is the point.
We are building a studio from the ground up and doing it backwards on purpose. The traditional model spends a fortune persuading an audience that a finished production is worth watching. We monetize and market the creative process itself. Our first campaign is not a campaign. It is a production surrounded by a live, interactive reality show, where the audience watches the thing get made and shapes where it goes. The marketing is the product. The product is the marketing.
Now the part that filters.
We are raising our capital from everyday people instead of venture capital. That is a moral choice and it is the harder path. There is no war chest waiting for you. Compensation and budget both come out of the raise working, and the raise works if the marketing works. You get paid when it converts. Not before.
So: an organic start. No budget to hide behind. No agency to blame. If you need seven figures of spend to prove you are good, you are not who we are looking for, and we will both know inside a week.
What the job actually is right now. You are the social media manager. You are the community manager. Both of them, personally. You write the posts, you cut the clips, you sit in the comments and build the room, and you run the submission campaign end to end. The title is Chief Marketing Officer and the title is real. Nobody is doing the work for you yet. You build the team out of the traction you create, when you create it, at the pace the results earn.
How one person covers two jobs. Leverage. We expect you to automate and execute with AI everywhere it will hold: production of the work, scheduling, editing passes, research, reporting, the repetitive half of community management. Not as an experiment on the side. As the operating default. Scaling lean is not a constraint we are apologizing for. It is the discipline that lets a small team outrun a funded one.
The thesis you have to actually believe. The industry is moving off third-party platforms toward branded platforms where the creator owns the audience and controls the entire experience. Not rented reach. Owned. Gratwick is the beginning of that, and we intend to open source the technology so everyone else can get there too. We are not building a moat. We are building a road.
Who this is not for. Anyone who needs a proven playbook. Anyone whose hands have not been on the accounts themselves in three years. Anyone who thinks using AI to do the work is cheating. Anyone who has only ever marketed something that already had awareness. Anyone who wants a title more than a scoreboard. Anyone who reads "compensation comes later" and starts negotiating instead of asking what the tipping point is.
Who this is for. One person. The operator who has been carrying a company from the outside and never got credited for it. Who has taken something nobody had heard of and made it unavoidable. Who reads all of the above and feels the pull rather than the risk.
If you want the reputation of the marketer who took a great thing with zero awareness and dragged it to the front of early adoption, this is the one that does it. There is no version of this where you succeed quietly.
Do not send a resume. Send us a message, tell us about you and what you want to build or accomplish, where you would start if you joined the team.
