๐ Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction for the Americas event pipeline, including experience design and activation strategies
- Lead and manage 10+ mid to high-complexity events annually from concept to execution
- Develop and execute event strategies aligned with business and commercial goals
- Partner with stakeholders to create comprehensive Event Briefs
- Oversee:
- Content development
- Creative strategy
- Experiential activations
- Budgeting and timelines
- Identify opportunities for cross-collaboration and content amplification across global events
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, consistent event experiences

- 8+ years of experience in:
- Event Marketing
- Brand Marketing
- Experiential Marketing / Activations
- Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Prior people management experience (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder influencing skills
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones
- Willingness to travel (~20%)

- Experience with event platforms (e.g., Cvent)
