📌 Job Title: VP, Global Event Marketing

📍 Location: New York, NY (50 Hudson Yards)

⏳ Duration: 8+ Months Contract

💲 Pay Rate: $70.03/hr (W2)

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for the Americas event pipeline, including experience design and activation strategies
  • Lead and manage 10+ mid to high-complexity events annually from concept to execution
  • Develop and execute event strategies aligned with business and commercial goals
  • Partner with stakeholders to create comprehensive Event Briefs
  • Oversee:
  • Content development
  • Creative strategy
  • Experiential activations
  • Budgeting and timelines
  • Identify opportunities for cross-collaboration and content amplification across global events
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, consistent event experiences

🎯 Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in:
  • Event Marketing
  • Brand Marketing
  • Experiential Marketing / Activations
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Prior people management experience (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strong executive presence and stakeholder influencing skills
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones
  • Willingness to travel (~20%)

🛠️ Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including OneDrive)
  • Experience with event platforms (e.g., Cvent)
