About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to measure, analyze, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, product, and business teams to provide insights that improve campaign performance, drive engagement, and increase ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email).
- Generate reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement using data insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize strategies.
- Monitor key metrics, KPIs, and competitor performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis for campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all marketing platforms.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and social media analytics.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and analytics frameworks.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
- [X+] years of experience in digital marketing analytics or related roles.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or SEO/SEM.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp).
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
- Exposure to business intelligence and advanced analytics.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
