We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and elevate our brand presence across various platforms. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media channels, analyzing marketing performance, and implementing strategies that align with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and analytics to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand visibility.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation and industry trends.
  • Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and reporting analytics.
  • Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns and optimize them for maximum reach and ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to enhance online visibility through web content and blog posts.
  • Analyze web traffic using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster collaborations that support marketing objectives.
  • Oversee e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media marketing with online sales platforms.
  • Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with branding standards before publication.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, Google Analytics, web analytics tools, keyword research, and social listening platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Expertise in Facebook Advertising campaigns along with understanding of branding strategies.
  • Excellent graphic design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to create compelling content including photography and video editing tailored for digital platforms.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build partnerships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate and aligned with brand voice.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce integration within social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns effectively.
