Marketing and Events Coordinator

About Us Legacy Oral Surgery is a growing multi-location oral surgery practice serving communities across northern New Jersey and Staten Island. We're looking for an energetic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team and help drive our marketing and community outreach efforts.

About the Role: This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone eager to build a career in healthcare marketing. You'll be the face of Legacy Oral Surgery in the dental community—developing relationships with referring offices, coordinating events, and managing our digital presence.

No prior marketing experience required. We're looking for the right attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. This is an excellent opportunity for upcoming or recent college graduates looking to step into a role with real responsibility from day one.

As we continue to expand and open new locations, this role has significant growth potential. The right person will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and evolve into a leadership position as the practice scales.

What You'll Do

• Visit and build relationships with referring and prospective referring dental offices
• Analyze and manage our digital marketing and social media presence
• Plan and execute continuing education events for referring doctors
• Coordinate community outreach initiatives
• Travel between our three locations and throughout the region (3+ days/week on the road)

• Comfortable meeting new people and representing our practice professionally
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong communication skills
• Eager to learn and grow

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$70,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonus structure
