Compensation: $4,000/month

Type: High-commitment contract with opportunity for long-term growth

Location: Hybrid preferred (2-3 days in person a week)

The Role

This is not a basic social media manager position.

We are hiring a Senior Content & Social Media Lead to own Lucy’s personal brand content end-to-end. This role blends strategy, creative direction, content creation, platform management, and analytics.

Your responsibility is to turn Lucy’s personal brand into a high-performing growth engine that drives visibility, authority, inbound demand, and long-term leverage across the business.

Core Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Creative Direction

  • Develop and execute a cohesive personal brand content strategy aligned with business goals, authority positioning, and lifestyle storytelling
  • Translate Lucy’s voice, vision, and messaging into platform-native content
  • Build repeatable content series and formats that compound over time
  • Maintain a high bar for visual quality, clarity, and brand consistency

2. Content Creation & Production

  • Film in person four times per month (podcast clips, lifestyle content, behind-the-scenes, talking head videos, campaigns)
  • Capture high-quality short-form and long-form content
  • Create content personally while also overseeing production standards
  • Ensure podcast content is edited at a significantly higher level than basic clipping
  • Apply strong visual judgment across framing, pacing, design, and storytelling

3. Platform Ownership & Publishing (21+ Posts per Week)

You will manage platform-specific content strategy and execution across:

Long-form podcast distribution

  • YouTube
  • Spotify
  • Apple Podcasts

Short-form video

  • Instagram Reels
  • TikTok
  • YouTube Shorts
  • Facebook

Community and authority platforms

  • Facebook Group
  • LinkedIn
  • Pinterest

Each platform requires native formatting, captions, hooks, and cadence. Content should be adapted intentionally rather than cross-posted blindly.

Target output is approximately 21 posts per week across platforms.

4. Content Audit, Organization & Repurposing

  • Review and catalog all existing content (podcasts, clips, posts, videos, archives)
  • Identify evergreen assets that can be reused or repurposed
  • Build and maintain an organized content library
  • Create systems that reduce the need to recreate content unnecessarily

This role is responsible for building long-term content leverage.

5. Analytics, Optimization & Performance Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms
  • Identify which content builds awareness versus drives conversion
  • Use data to refine strategy, formats, and publishing decisions
  • Provide clear monthly insights and recommendations based on performance

How Success Is Measured (KPIs)

First 30 Days

  • Content audit completed and organized
  • Platform strategies clearly defined
  • Consistent posting cadence established
  • Podcast clipping and publishing system live
  • Visual brand consistency implemented

60 Days

  • Consistent 21+ posts per week
  • Measurable improvement in content quality and engagement
  • Active repurposing of legacy content
  • Clear signals of authority and audience resonance

90 Days

  • Sustained growth in followers, engagement, and watch time
  • Content contributing to inbound opportunities and visibility
  • Lucy fully removed from day-to-day content execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience scaling personal brands or creator-led businesses
  • Strong creative instincts paired with strategic thinking
  • Deep understanding of platform-specific performance and trends
  • Highly organized and systems-oriented
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Confident on camera and experienced with in-person filming
  • Data-literate and able to translate analytics into action

Not a Fit If You

  • Only execute tasks without strategic ownership
  • Require constant direction to move forward
  • Lack experience analyzing performance data
  • Prefer low-accountability or low-output roles

Growth Opportunity

This role has the potential to grow into a senior leadership position, including Head of Content or Creative Director, as the brand evolves toward a larger media presence.
