Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, self motivated go getter to manage and execute our day-to-day social media, marketing, website, and customer service operations. This role requires someone who can work independently, learn quickly, take ownership, and move fast.

Must be organized, proactive, create and have a strong work ethic. Experience in marketing a must.

Duties

  • TIKTOK-
  • Reach out to affiliates. Make sure they have a solid amount of followers, video views and GMV

IG-

  • Post on stories daily linking products, sneak peeks, behind the scenes
  • Post on IG main page. Linking products
  • Respond to any comments + DM’s

FACEBOOK-

  • Post in group to get engagement. Posting products with sizes and price available.
  • Posting questions to get engagement going
  • Post on FB page products with link or name of item for website
  • Post funny memes for engagement
  • Respond to ALL ad comments.
  • Wall drops + respond

WEBSITE-

  • Create new collections
  • Refresh the main pictures (monthly)
  • Refresh and design the website
  • Change out the “best sellers”, etc (monthly)
  • Refresh the main product collection images (maybe every few months?)

APP-

  • Push products to app. Can schedule out. Maybe 10 a day
  • Make sure all products are in a collection.
  • Keep app up to date and fresh. Clean up collections, remove sold out, etc.
  • Post “back in stock” alerts

MARKETING-

  • Create and run meta ads
  • Klaviyo. Create eye catching marketing emails weekly. Send 3-4 per week
  • Clean up lists
  • Create retargeting lists, etc.
  • Create email images in Canva

CUSTOMER SERVICE-

  • Responding to emails Mon-Fri. Multiple times a day.
  • Taking care of refunds, sending out items
  • Printing labels for sending orders out
  • Processing returns 1x a week

OTHER-

  • Descriptions for products
  • Add photoshoot pictures to products
  • Source new graphics
  • ⁃ Keep on top of inventory - stale, make sale collection, etc - post to stories as “restock”
  • Send product out to said affiliates
  • Create and post filler videos

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Canva
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with Meta, Google, Tiktok marketing
  • Demonstrated ability in graphic design and content creation for diverse platforms.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • Knowledge of branding principles and public relations strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data insights to optimize marketing efforts continuously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.58 - $27.19 per hour
