MarketPro is seeking a highly strategic, analytically rigorous Chief Marketing Officer to lead enterprise-wide marketing for the nation’s premier regional gaming and hospitality operators. The CMO will oversee a large, multi-layered marketing organization spanning corporate, digital, loyalty, analytics, brand, and property-level teams.

Strategic marketing executive will be responsible for driving profitable growth, disciplined marketing reinvestment, and long-term brand equity across gaming, hospitality, food & beverage, and entertainment. The ideal candidate combines hospitality marketing expertise, advanced data and digital expertise, and the ability to scale, modernize, and lead large teams while maintaining operational excellence.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Marketing Strategy & Executive Leadership

  • Set and execute the enterprise marketing vision, strategy, and operating model, aligned with corporate objectives and shareholder value creation.
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing insight into consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and marketing ROI.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a large, diverse marketing organization, including senior leaders across digital, CRM/loyalty, analytics, brand, creative, media, and property marketing.
  • Establish clear governance, decision rights, and performance management across centralized and property-based marketing teams.
  • Communicate marketing strategy, performance, and investment outcomes to senior leadership and, as appropriate, the Board of Directors.

Gaming Marketing, Player Development & Loyalty

  • Oversee all aspects of casino marketing and player development, including acquisition, retention, reactivation, and wallet share growth.
  • Lead the strategy and economics of loyalty and rewards programs, ensuring differentiation, profitability, and alignment with player value.
  • Manage marketing reinvestment with a disciplined understanding of theoretical win, reinvestment rates, margin impact, and lifetime value.
  • Partner closely with casino operations, hosts, and property leadership to ensure seamless execution on the casino floor.

Data, Analytics & Marketing Technology

  • Champion a data-first culture across a large organization, embedding analytics into planning, execution, and decision-making.
  • Oversee advanced analytics for player segmentation, predictive modeling, attribution, and incremental lift.
  • Guide the evolution of enterprise CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms in partnership with technology and data teams.
  • Define and track KPIs to ensure accountability and consistent measurement across brands and properties.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Lead enterprise digital acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Build scalable lead generation engines for gaming, hotel, dining, entertainment, and loyalty enrollment.
  • Ensure strong integration between digital channels and on-property experiences to maximize visitation and spend.

Brand, Creative & Guest Experience

  • Serve as the chief steward of the brand, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints.
  • Balance performance marketing with brand-building initiatives that strengthen long-term guest loyalty and community connection.
  • Oversee creative, media, and content teams while empowering innovation within a structured, performance-driven environment.

Innovation & Organizational Modernization

  • Lead modernization of marketing capabilities, processes, and talent across a large organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, test-and-learn experimentation, and disciplined innovation.
  • Anticipate shifts in technology, data privacy, media consumption, and guest expectations impacting the gaming industry.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior executive roles (CMO, SVP, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, complex marketing organizations with both centralized and field-based teams.
  • Significant experience in casino gaming or hospitality, or similarly data-intensive, multi-location consumer businesses.
  • Proven success managing player development, loyalty economics, and marketing reinvestment at scale.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing, CRM, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Experience operating in a public-company and/or regulated environment strongly preferred.
