Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support our brand's growth through social media content creation and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has experience managing social media advertising campaigns, a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and an interest in fashion and e-commerce. This role will collaborate with creative, design, and e-commerce teams to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and improve sales conversions across digital platforms. This position may also require occasional travel to our Corona location and off-site events in the Los Angeles area to support content creation, marketing campaigns, and brand activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish social media content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms to support brand growth and product launches.
• Track and report key marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and engagement, and use data to improve campaign performance.
• Organize marketing assets and assist with photo and video shoots, content selection, and basic editing. Write engaging captions aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to develop content and advertising ideas that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Collaborate with creative, design, and e-commerce teams to support promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Familiarity with major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Experience managing social media advertising campaigns on at least one advertising platform.
• Strong copywriting skills, creativity, and awareness of current social media trends.
• Fashion, apparel, or e-commerce experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Portfolio or examples of previous social media, content creation, or advertising work preferred.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
