Job Summary

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software.
  • Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Monitor social listening tools to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
  • Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to enhance discoverability.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and refine strategies.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster positive relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation during campaigns or crises.
  • Support paid advertising efforts on platforms like Facebook Ads to boost reach and target specific audiences effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles demonstrating a strong portfolio of work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content production.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, best practices, and advertising options including Facebook Advertising.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
  • Ability to produce engaging multimedia content including photography and video editing tailored for various platforms.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail in crafting compelling copy that aligns with branding guidelines.
  • Experience managing multiple social channels simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build connections with influencers, partners, and community members.
