We are seeking a Vice President of Integrated Marketing to lead the execution engine that brings our brand, demand, and go-to-market strategies to life across audiences, regions, and channels. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leader will oversee the teams responsible for content strategy and creation, global campaigns, digital channels, web publishing, answer engine optimization (AEO), creative, brand expression, and marketing production. They will connect these capabilities into an integrated operating model that delivers compelling customer experiences, strengthens our brand, and generates measurable commercial impact.
The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing judgment with operational discipline, understanding how to translate business priorities, audience insights, and campaign strategies into high-quality content and coordinated execution at scale. They are equally comfortable shaping the content agenda, improving marketing workflows, managing cross-functional dependencies, and using performance data to determine where the organization should invest next.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead the integrated marketing organization responsible for content, global campaigns, digital channels, web publishing, AEO, creative, brand, and production.
- Build a unified content and channel strategy that supports brand building, demand generation, customer engagement, and commercial priorities across the full buyer journey.
- Establish a scalable content engine that produces differentiated brand and demand content tailored to priority audiences, use cases, industries, markets, and stages of the customer lifecycle.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated global campaigns, ensuring that campaign objectives, audiences, messaging, content, channel plans, regional activation, and success measures are aligned from the outset.
- Translate company, product, and go-to-market priorities into a clear integrated marketing roadmap, making thoughtful tradeoffs based on business impact, audience needs, capacity, and performance data.
- Oversee owned and paid marketing channels, ensuring that channel strategies, content, investment, and activation plans work together to maximize reach, engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
- Own the strategic direction and operating effectiveness of the company’s web presence, including publishing governance, user journeys, content quality, conversion optimization, accessibility, search visibility, and overall digital experience.
- Advance the company’s search and answer engine strategy, strengthening the discoverability, authority, and usefulness of content across traditional search, AI-powered search, and large language model experiences.
- Lead creative, brand, and production capabilities, ensuring consistent brand expression and high-quality execution while improving speed, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
- Establish an integrated planning and production process across marketing, with clear briefs, priorities, roles, decision rights, service levels, timelines, and accountability for outcomes.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Communications, Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure that messaging and campaign execution are coordinated and commercially relevant.
- Use marketing analytics, customer insights, and campaign performance data to assess effectiveness, optimize active programs, inform content decisions, and identify the strongest opportunities for future investment.
- Develop a clear content measurement framework that evaluates not only output and engagement, but also contribution to audience growth, brand authority, conversion, pipeline, revenue, retention, and customer value.
- Modernize marketing execution through AI, automation, reusable content systems, modular production, and improved workflow orchestration—while maintaining appropriate brand, quality, and governance standards.
- Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing global team, creating clarity around priorities, raising the quality bar, holding teams accountable, and building stronger connections across traditionally separate marketing disciplines.
- Manage agency, freelancer, technology, and production partnerships, ensuring that external resources are used strategically and deliver measurable value.
- Oversee relevant budgets and capacity planning, balancing internal and external resources to deliver the highest-impact work efficiently.
What we’re looking for
