DIGITAL MARKETING & LOCAL GROWTH MANAGER

Location: Spring, TX (_Must be In-office_)
Schedule: Part Time , 15-20 Hrs/week
Days: Mon/Tues/Thurs 10:00am - 4:00pm
Compensation: 18,000-30,000 (DOE)
Non-clinical role: NO calling leads, NO scheduling patients, NO front desk coverage, NO dental duties (front desk handles lead contact/follow-up).
ABOUT US
We are a fast-growing cosmetic & implant dental practice focused on high-quality implant dentistry and full-arch solutions. We’ve hired our first marketing team member to lead content + brand + Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Now we’re hiring a complementary role to own Google performance marketing, LSAs, website/landing pages, local ranking, and tracking—so our paid traffic converts into high-quality consults.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1) GOOGLE DEMAND CAPTURE (ADS + LSAs)
- Google Ads (Search; PMAX if applicable): campaign structure, keywords, negatives, ad copy testing, budget pacing, and performance optimization
- Google LSAs: profile completeness, categories/services, bidding/optimization, dispute management, lead quality notes, weekly improvements
- Support ad-to-landing-page “message match” to improve conversion and lead quality
2) WEBSITE + LANDING PAGES (MUST HAVE)
- Build and optimize implant/full-arch landing pages (mobile-first, fast, clear CTA, trust signals)
- Website/CRO: improve calls/forms via better layout, headlines, proof, CTA placement, page speed, and friction reduction
- Coordinate with web vendor or implement updates directly depending on skillset
3) LOCAL SEO / RANKING SYSTEMS (MUST HAVE)
- Google Business Profile (GBP): accuracy, services/categories, Q&A, posts cadence (coordination), media freshness, and visibility improvements
- Local presence checklist: NAP consistency, categories/services, key directory/citation updates
- Apple Maps (Apple Business Connect): claim/verify, accuracy, hours/photos, fix duplicates/incorrect listings when possible
4) TRACKING + REPORTING (MUST HAVE)
- GA4 basics: conversion events, UTMs, attribution sanity checks
- Call tracking/reporting: source labeling, lead quality tagging, weekly performance summary, experiment log
- Simple event tracking (calls/forms), weekly improvement plan, and reporting cadence
COLLABORATION
- Partner with our Content & Brand Coordinator (who owns content + Meta/Facebook)
- Coordinate asset needs (photos/videos/testimonials/offers) to improve ad + landing page conversion
- Attend 2x weekly 1-hour meetings with the front desk/marketing team; help coordinate needed photos/videos
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Hands-on Google Ads experience (search intent + structure + optimization)
- Hands-on Google LSAs experience (setup + ongoing optimization)
- Demonstrated landing page/website experience: building and optimizing pages that convert Google traffic into calls/forms
- Local SEO fundamentals: GBP + on-page service pages + citations/NAP consistency
- Comfortable with GA4 and basic tracking troubleshooting
- Organized, consistent weekly execution, and clear communication
NICE TO HAVE
- Dental/implant marketing experience
- GTM, CallRail (or similar), basic HTML/CMS skills
- Experience coordinating vendors (web/SEO) and running structured experiments
