Marketing Operations and Content CoordinatorRecruitment began on January 20, 2026and the job listing Expires on February 20, 2026Part-Time (15 -20 hrs/week) | W-2 /Employee | Remote FriendlyABOUT THE ROLEThis role is all about bringing marketing to life, taking content from “almost ready” to “live, engaged, and making an impact.”You’ll sit between the founder and our Executive Assistant in a three-person marketing flow: the EA creates and edits most content, you polish and coordinate it, and the founder provides final strategy and approvals. Your job is to make sure nothing slips through the cracks and everything we publish feels polished, on-brand, and consistent. You won’t need to build brand strategy from scratch or dream up campaigns solo. Instead, you’ll be the person who ensures our marketing engine runs smoothly, reviewing content, scheduling ahead, engaging with our community, and fully owning our daily Instagram Stories. If you have a great eye for design, love the satisfaction of seeing things through to completion, and genuinely enjoy being the one who makes sure all the pieces come together, this role will light you up.WHAT YOU’LL OWNInstagram Stories (Full Ownership)Create and post Instagram Stories daily using our content library, templates, and brand guidelines. This is your creative space to keep our presence fresh and engaging.Content Finishing & PublishingTake content and assets created by our Executive Assistant (graphics, edited videos, formatted posts) and polish them into final, on-brand deliverables. Apply our existing templates, make confident judgment calls about what’s ready to ship, and fix small issues yourself when it’s faster than sending back for edits.Quality Control & CoordinationReview all content created by our Executive Assistant and provide clear, actionable feedback. Complete first- and second-round edits, then schedule content and ping the founder in Asana for final approval before publishing. You’re the bridge that keeps work flowing smoothly between the EA and founder.Distribution & ConsistencyOwn our content calendar and ensure we show up consistently across platforms using scheduling tools like Later. We work in batches and schedule content ahead, so most of your work happens in focused blocks rather than daily fire drills.Engagement & Community BuildingRespond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand way using our existing voice guidelines. Engage thoughtfully with relevant accounts to support visibility, flag warm leads or collaboration opportunities, and escalate sales-ready or nuanced conversations to the founder.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORRequiredStrong visual and design judgment (you know what looks good and what doesn’t)Comfort creating Instagram Stories from scratch and light graphics from raw contentExperience scheduling and publishing content across social platformsHigh attention to detail and pride in your workClear written communication and sound judgmentAbility to follow systems, checklists, and SOPsExperience working remotely with strong async communication skillsStrongly Preferred1–2 years of experience in marketing operations, content production, or coordination rolesFamiliarity with Canva, Instagram, and scheduling tools like LaterExperience using AI tools for content editing or workflow support (Poppy AI, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)Ability to give constructive feedback without needing approval for every stepCalm, ownership-driven working style that thrives with autonomyCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSPay: $24–28/hour (based on experience)Hours: 15 – 20 hours per week, flexible schedule, room for growthEmployment Type: W-2 EmployeeLocation: Fully remote (only considering U.S.-based candidates)What We Offer:Flexible hours – work when you do your best workFully async communication (no surprise meetings or weekend pings)Systems-first approach: we batch, template, and automate with tools like Asana, Later, Poppy AI, and other AI tools so you’re not reinventing the wheel every weekA small, supportive team that values your judgment and inputPerformance review at 3–6 months with potential for rate or hour increase as you take on more complexityQuarterly education stipend to sharpen your skills and growth in your role #J-18808-Ljbffr
