Contract to Permanent CPG Marketing Manager (Onsite – Hauppauge, NY)

Contract Duration: May–September (Potential to Convert to Permanent Role)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Model : Onsite with 1 Remote Day per Week

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Contract Marketing Manager with strong CPG experience to support and maintain day-to-day marketing operations for a growing organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who is comfortable managing multiple digital channels, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent execution across all marketing activities.

This position is not project-based the focus is on maintaining and enhancing daily marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute daily marketing initiatives across all digital platforms
• Oversee content and performance on: Company website, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Instacart, Walmart, Amazon, and additional retail digital channels, Paid Meta advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams, including a Marketing Coordinator, to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Monitor and report on campaign performance
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
• Support ongoing digital advertising efforts and optimize campaigns as needed

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of CPG marketing experience
• Strong experience in CPG digital marketing, social media platforms, and e-commerce advertising
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work alongside cross-functional teams
• No direct staff management required
