Role Overview
As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns at events, venues, and promotional sites. This role is ideal for someone confident, energetic, and excited to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment. Full training is provided, making it a great starting point for anyone looking to build a career in events or marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at events, pop-up stands, and promotional sites
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product or service information
- Support event setup, including displays, materials, and equipment
- Assist in delivering interactive and engaging experiences for attendees
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence throughout the event
- Gather customer insights and feedback for ongoing campaign improvements
- Work collaboratively with the events and marketing team to achieve goals
Requirements
- No previous experience required, full training provided
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive, and able to work in busy event environments
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
