Role Overview

As a Junior Event Coordinator, you will support the delivery of marketing campaigns at events, venues, and promotional sites. Key Responsibilities

  • Represent client brands at events, pop-up stands, and promotional sites
  • Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide product or service information
  • Support event setup, including displays, materials, and equipment
  • Assist in delivering interactive and engaging experiences for attendees
  • Maintain a professional and friendly presence throughout the event
  • Gather customer insights and feedback for ongoing campaign improvements
  • Work collaboratively with the events and marketing team to achieve goals

Requirements

  • No previous experience required, full training provided
  • Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, positive, and able to work in busy event environments
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
