Marketing Coordinator (Events + E-commerce)

About Us

Optwise consulting is hiring a Marketing Coordinator with event management experience to support brand growth initiatives in the e-commerce space. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable owning logistics and coordination from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate events and activations (timelines, vendors, run-of-show, onsite support)
  • Support marketing campaigns across email, social, and partnerships
  • Coordinate deliverables with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist with e-commerce promotions tied to events and seasonal campaigns
  • Track key outcomes (attendance, leads, engagement) and maintain simple reporting
  • Help manage budgets, invoices, and post-event wrap-ups

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination and/or event management
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable in partner-facing and community-facing environments
  • Able to work on-site in NJ/NYC as needed
  • Interest in e-commerce/consumer brands preferred
  • Experience building relationships with diverse community groups and local partners (especially in Northeast metro areas) is a plus
  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
