Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals and target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging, high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Implement social listening techniques to track brand mentions, industry trends, and customer feedback for proactive reputation management.
  • Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase organic reach and visibility.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize ROI while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, graphic design, web development, and sales to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Build strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and partners to expand reach and foster positive public relations.

Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Skilled in video editing techniques for producing engaging multimedia content.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research methods, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
  • Expertise in digital marketing strategies including branding, e-commerce promotion, Facebook Advertising, and social media marketing best practices.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
  • Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all published content.
  • Ability to analyze data from web analytics platforms to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience in public relations activities that enhance brand reputation through media outreach or community engagement.
