Background

The business is a global leader in sampling packaging solutions for the fragrance and cosmetic industry. The business has around 1,600 employees, is headquartered in Bergen County, NJ and has a global manufacturing footprint with 12 production facilities in Europe, the US, Brazil and China. Its products provide a full complement of solutions for promotional sampling in the Beauty Category, which are used for in-store distribution/events, magazine inserts, catalogues and direct mailing to customers or out-of-home sampling campaigns.

Key Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience working with a large national client base, which includes beauty care, fragrance, cosmetics, hair care, and skin care clients.
• The company is preferring candidates with experience in packaging or contract manufacturing.
• The VP will need to be creative, strategic, and able to combat emerging brands' marketing strategies. The company is looking for candidates with a strong drive, strategic thinking, and the ability to explore new opportunities in the industry.
• The VP must be able to work from the new Saddlebrook, NJ office complex minimum 3 days/week, as the role requires direct collaboration with other members of the executive team.
