Brand Ambassador / Event Marketing Representative

Location: Long Island, NY (On-site / Field-based)

Schedule: Part-time | Evening and weekend availability required

About the Role

Are you an outgoing, motivated professional who enjoys connecting with people? Renewal by Andersen is looking for energetic Brand Ambassadors to join our event marketing team. In this role, you’ll represent a trusted home improvement brand while generating high-quality leads at retail stores, trade shows, and community events.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with homeowners at retail locations, trade shows, and community events
• Start conversations, build rapport, and identify homeowner needs
• Generate leads and schedule free, in-home consultations for our sales team
• Educate potential customers on Renewal by Andersen’s industry-leading window and door products
• Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

What We’re Looking For

• A natural communicator who enjoys talking to people and building relationships
• Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient — comfortable handling rejection
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working in face-to-face marketing and event settings
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs of event materials
• Positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow
