The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) provides executive leadership for all marketing strategy, brand development, and revenue-driving initiatives. This role shapes the brand’s voice and value proposition across all channels—including digital, advertising, in-store marketing, PR, social media, and email—to increase awareness, guest traffic, and sales.
The CMO oversees marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and internal teams while partnering closely with franchisees and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, campaign development, and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee marketing budget, brand development fund, and agency/vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with Franchisees, Operations, Technology, and Training teams on key initiatives.
- Leverage consumer insights, data analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools to drive growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Lead PR, social media, and external communications, including crisis management.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, or related field.
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with significant senior leadership experience.
- With Experiential dining concept background
- Digital marketing expertise, including CRM and analytics platforms.
- Restaurant, retail, or franchise experience preferred.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel
Travel as required for meetings and company functions.
