Position Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) provides executive leadership for all marketing strategy, brand development, and revenue-driving initiatives. This role shapes the brand’s voice and value proposition across all channels—including digital, advertising, in-store marketing, PR, social media, and email—to increase awareness, guest traffic, and sales.

The CMO oversees marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and internal teams while partnering closely with franchisees and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand positioning, campaign development, and promotional initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing budget, brand development fund, and agency/vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with Franchisees, Operations, Technology, and Training teams on key initiatives.
  • Leverage consumer insights, data analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools to drive growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Lead PR, social media, and external communications, including crisis management.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with significant senior leadership experience.
  • With Experiential dining concept background
  • Digital marketing expertise, including CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Restaurant, retail, or franchise experience preferred.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel

Travel as required for meetings and company functions.
