About the Role
We’re looking for motivated and creative writing, social media, and video production interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and communications. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with team members across a variety of marketing functions—including content writing, social media strategy, digital advertising, and more.
We recognize that each intern brings unique strengths. Whether you’re a strong writer, passionate about social media, video editing, or other marketing-related tasks, we want to help you grow. Based on your skills and interests, we’ll match you with projects that allow you to contribute meaningfully while learning real-world skills.
This is a paid, hybrid internship based in Prospect Park, PA, requiring approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility around academic schedules. While internships for academic credit will begin in Spring 2026 and may continue beyond that semester, we are actively accepting interns on a rolling basis.

The Details
Where: Hybrid (some days in our Prospect Park, PA office + some remote)

Key Responsibilities
Depending on your interests and strengths, your projects may include:
- Writing blog posts and newsletters
- Planning and scheduling engaging social media posts including video and static content
- Assisting with social media community management and engagement
- Conducting competitor and market research
- Helping with campaign performance tracking and analytics
- Supporting creative projects like email marketing and ad copy development
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to ongoing marketing efforts
Qualifications
Required
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (if applying for college credit)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, content marketing, email marketing, etc.)
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Visual eye for design and content layout (for social media interns)
- Exceptional writing skills, with strong attention to grammar, tone, and clarity (for writing interns)
- Experience with video editing (for video production interns)
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Experience writing blog posts, newsletters, or marketing copy
- Experience managing or growing a personal or organizational social media account
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other analytics tools
- Experience using tools like ChatGPT or other AI platforms to support research, writing, or ideation—while maintaining original thinking and a human voice.
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions, alt text)
- Experience or understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot)
- Experience working in a professional or agency setting (including class projects or student orgs)
