We are seeking a visionary Marketing Leader to shape the future of our brand and drive growth through disruptive, innovative strategies. This is not a traditional marketing role—we’re looking for someone who can challenge the status quo, bring fresh ideas, and push our team toward new levels of creativity and accountability. The hiring manager describes this role as the “CMO of the Future”: someone who is adaptable, bold, and ready to navigate the complexities of today’s rapidly evolving marketing landscape.
The ideal candidate will be both data-driven and creative, blending technical expertise with strategic vision. You’ll lead critical initiatives across paid advertising, SEO, email nurture campaigns, content creation, analytics, and agency management—ensuring marketing efforts are measurable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead disruptive marketing strategies that drive measurable growth and challenge conventional approaches.
- Optimize and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, and beyond), ensuring agency partners deliver results.
- Enhance SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive relevant traffic.
- Build email marketing and nurture campaigns that engage leads and convert opportunities.
- Oversee content development (seasonal campaigns, promotional assets, reports, and branded materials) with consistent messaging.
- Implement data-driven decision-making by tracking performance, analyzing results, and holding vendors accountable.
- Evaluate and manage agencies, making changes as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service to align marketing with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with expertise in paid ads and SEO.
- Strong proficiency with analytics tools, CRMs, and emerging AI-powered marketing platforms.
- A balance of creative storytelling and analytical rigor—able to build compelling campaigns backed by data.
- Proven leadership skills: proactive, decisive, and comfortable holding teams and vendors accountable.
- B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and nurturing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence across teams.
- Flexible and adaptable in a hybrid work environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset, cultural fit, and a results-oriented approach to driving business growth.
