About the Role
Sage Goddess and Athena’s Lair are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales, Marketing & PR Manager to lead revenue-driving efforts across two magical and mission-driven brands. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that combines marketing strategy, campaign coordination, PR, sales execution, and platform growth.
You will manage and guide the marketing team while also owning the full sales and content calendar — including static sales, live shows, auctions, pop-up events, and in-person activations. You'll oversee the brand's multi-platform marketing strategy, aligning content and messaging across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 annually (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Sales, Campaign & Multi-Channel Strategy
- Create and manage an integrated sales and marketing calendar: static sales, live shows, in-person events, auctions, and product drops.
- Oversee campaign planning and rollout across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and email.
- Coordinate strategy, cadence, and creative direction with the CSO to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.
- Forecast sales needs based on inventory, trends, community energy, and promotional windows.
Marketing Team Management
- Manage and guide the content creator, ad manager, graphic designer, and writer to ensure timely execution of campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings and project updates with the CSO.
- Track task ownership and timelines, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and accountability.
- Maintain and optimize shared calendars, campaign boards, and workflow tools.
Product Merchandising & Launch Coordination
- Lead merchandising and theme development for new product drops and collections across Sage Goddess and The Lair.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to build compelling product listings and supporting content.
- Stay ahead of trends in metaphysical, beauty, and lifestyle spaces to inspire timely, relevant campaigns.
Public Relations & Brand Visibility
- Lead PR strategy and outreach, including press opportunities, influencer partnerships, cross-brand collaborations, and earned media.
- Develop brand visibility campaigns that showcase Athena as a thought leader in spiritual and entrepreneurial spaces.
- Pitch seasonal campaigns, product moments, and brand stories to aligned partners and platforms.
- Maintain and grow our LinkedIn presence, building Athena’s professional brand and company authority.
Event & Pop-Up Management
- Plan and execute live and in-person pop-up sales activations, including pricing, promotion, and setup coordination.
- Track and evaluate event performance, identifying wins and areas for improvement.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Review campaign analytics across social platforms, email, and site traffic.
- Adjust campaign flow, creative, and timing based on insights and performance.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to the CSO.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, PR, or e-commerce management.
- Demonstrated experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of campaign planning, brand storytelling, and sales execution across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and awareness of current digital trends.
- Highly tech-savvy and hands-on — able to learn new platforms and programs quickly and independently.
- Strong collaboration skills across creative, technical, and operational departments.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Wordpress, Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Etsy, Asana, Odoo, Google Suite, Zoom.
- Background in live selling, metaphysical or lifestyle products.
- Experience managing influencer or partner collaborations.
