Responsibilities
- Build our marketing function
- Build organic audience growth:
Execute innovative social media strategies that engage our target audiences.
- Create playbooks and systems that will scale with our organization.
- Craft our narrative:
Develop compelling messaging that resonates with researchers, investors, institutions, and policymakers across diverse channels
- Establish ASI Institute's brand identity and marketing foundation from scratch with entrepreneurial resourcefulness
- Drive engagement:
Build and nurture communities around AI research funding, connecting stakeholders in meaningful ways
- Measure what matters:
Implement analytics and reporting systems to track growth, engagement, and conversion metrics
Requirements
- Excellent storytelling ability across multiple formats and platforms
- Experience growing organic audiences through innovative social media strategies
- Self-starter mentality with experience building marketing functions or programs from scratch.
- Strong metrics and data to demonstrate your impact (follower growth, engagement rates, conversion metrics, etc.)
Preferred
- Experience in AI, Web3, or other emerging technologies
- Understanding of research funding landscapes and grant ecosystems
- Experience with academic researchers, institutions, or scientific communities
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
