Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This full-time role is for a marketing practitioner with 3-5 years of experience with B2B SaaS companies who is ready to step into a managerial position while remaining actively involved in execution. You'll oversee email and content marketing, create compelling materials, manage tradeshows, and handle other core marketing functions to promote our identity management platform. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive email marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, segmentation, automation, and performance analysis to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media content, tailored to our cybersecurity audience.
  • Design and produce marketing materials and literature, including brochures, product datasheets, presentations, and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute tradeshows, conferences, and events, from booth setup and logistics to on-site engagement and post-event follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, including SEO/SEM, and paid advertising
  • Analyze marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, engagement) using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and a small team or freelancers as the role grows.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2-5 years of professional marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in technology, security, or a startup environment.
  • Proven track record as a hands-on marketing practitioner (e.g., content creator, campaign executor) with a desire to transition into management while staying involved in day-to-day tasks.
  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating persuasive, technical content.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo), content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, PPC and social media advertising
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing).

Location and Work Arrangement

  • This is a full-time position that can be performed hybrid or in-person in our Garden City office depending on your location. Candidates must be based in the New York City or Long Island area to facilitate in-person meetings, events, or collaboration as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
