Company Description Social Interest, Inc. is an aspiring Tech for Social Justice and Harmony. We pick problems that are under-represented, evaluate solutions that can be cash-flow positive and accessible to the beneficiaries. We are on our first mission to solve a problem in the dating and relationships space.
Product Description We are unable to describe the product fully, since we are on stealth mode, but we can say that this is a dating app add-on, that will revolutionize the quality of matchmaking and improve the psychological consequences of the daters.
Role Description The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Social Interest, Inc. is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the overall marketing vision, strategy, and execution across the organization. Specific crucial missions you would be working on for the first few months will involve building partnerships with products in the same domain and devise win-win schemes. You will be networking heavily and reaching out to business, if need be.
You will be dealing with changing plans on a weekly basis, so an ability to deal with ambiguity is important. You would be the one doing the pivots and changing priorities once you get a hold of the driving seat, and you would be comfortable pivoting for the benefit of the mission, rather than getting attached to your previous decisions. You would be comfortable managing organization of people across cities and continents for the benefit of marketing and distribution.
You will understand the nuances of different network effects, and tailor your distribution plan accordingly, even customizing the plan per region.
Qualifications
- Experience in devising Go-To-Market Strategy and driving distribution with a combination of social media ads and in-field networks.
- Experience in early marketing for social network apps or dating apps.
- Experience in having established partnerships between products that are in the same domain, so as to benefit both parties. Being very comfortable with networking is mandatory. Thinking Win-Win and being creative are mandatory.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, and performance measurement skills, with the ability to use metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Proficiency in Public Relations, managing media relationships, and overseeing brand communications and reputation management.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to align marketing programs with revenue goals and support pipeline growth.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring diverse marketing teams in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating self-management, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
