About the Role
Dental Care is seeking a results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead patient acquisition, appointment conversion, retention, and overall practice growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of scaling marketing operations and increasing patient volume, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on increasing new-patient acquisition and practice revenue.
- Lead digital marketing, local market outreach, referral programs, and other patient acquisition channels.
- Improve conversion rates from inquiries and leads to booked appointments and completed visits.
- Partner with practice and operations teams to reduce appointment no-shows and improve patient retention.
- Develop patient reactivation campaigns to bring existing and inactive patients back into the practice.
- Own marketing budgets, KPIs, ROI, and performance reporting.
- Analyze marketing and patient acquisition data to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and manage external marketing agencies, vendors, and internal marketing resources as needed.
- Establish scalable marketing processes across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably CMO, VP Marketing, Head of Marketing, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated success driving patient growth in dental practices or healthcare organizations.
- Strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, patient acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention.
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.
- Strong analytical and performance-management capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Must currently reside in Florida or be willing to relocate to Florida.
