Suvie

VP of Marketing, Suvie

Are you a marketing all-star looking to join a rapidly growing food technology startup that is revolutionizing dinnertime? At Suvie (Home Tech Innovation, Inc.), we’re transforming home cooking with our smart kitchen robot—a multifunctional oven featuring over 15 cooking modes and our proprietary Cool-to-Cook® technology, which keeps ingredients fresh and automatically cooks meals so dinner is ready when you are. We are a fast-paced organization that encourages creativity, collaboration, and the exploration of new ideas. This role is ideal for a performance-driven, flexible, and resourceful marketer who wants to play a pivotal role in scaling Suvie’s growth.

Suvie is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts across the company. This is a highly visible, high-impact role responsible for owning marketing strategy end-to-end: from defining where and how we invest, to shaping creative direction, to personally rolling up your sleeves to stand up and run programs. The right candidate moves quickly and is equally comfortable setting the vision as they are executing in the weeds. You’ll manage a small but mighty team, working deeply cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a full-funnel strategy spanning acquisition, conversion, retention, and LTV including channel mix, testing roadmap, and investment priorities.
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting to track performance and guide decision-making.
  • Continuously test, measure, learn, and iterate on new marketing initiatives.
  • Set the direction for Suvie’s creative & brand expression, overseeing internal creative resources.
  • Personally lead and execute marketing initiatives when needed.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a small, high-performing marketing team.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and Leadership to grow the business.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive growth marketing experience preferably at a high-growth company (startup or similarly scrappy environment strongly preferred).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, pace, and imperfect information: you move fast and figure things out.
  • Equally strong in strategy and execution; you don’t hesitate to get your hands dirty.
  • Highly analytical, with strong instincts for measurement, reporting, and performance optimization.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds trust quickly.
  • Energized by building, testing, and iterating rather than maintaining the status quo.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to align teams and influence at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to empathize with customers and other key stakeholders.
