About the Opportunity

The Industry Events Manager will join the marketing team to drive customer-centric marketing programs that increase prospect and customer engagement while supporting pipeline and revenue goals. Working in a full-time, remote environment based in the United States, this role collaborates cross-functionally with Industry Principals, Marketing, Analytics Engineers, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to deliver impactful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of global strategic third-party conferences, trade shows, analyst events, and partner events.

• Establish and execute the annual global industry events plan in collaboration with regional marketing teams.

• Proactively manage each event budget, tracking expenses, generating purchase orders, evaluating results against objectives, and capturing key takeaways for ongoing improvement.

• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including project plans, timelines, venue management, registration oversight, 1:1 meeting scheduling, booth branding and kiosks, speaker coordination, sponsorship deliverables, catering, audiovisual needs, promotional materials, name badges, and shipping.

• Assist in developing and maintaining an Industry Events Playbook of best practices.

• Maintain thorough documentation and records for all event operations, including budgets, vendor contracts, attendee lists, and post-event analyses.

• Manage and track campaigns and event milestones on global marketing calendars and internal communication channels.

• Track costs, assets, and resources using a data-driven approach to help evaluate event return on investment.

• Manage the lead reporting process within Salesforce, including timely lead uploads, campaign setup, lead data enrichment, and registration tracking.

• Contribute regular reporting on event performance to monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports.

• Partner with marketing leadership to maintain consistent brand messaging across all event touchpoints.

• Provide logistical support for internal corporate events throughout the year during peak periods as needed.

• Conduct occasional onsite event execution, with the primary focus remaining on pre-event planning and coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.

• 6+ years of event marketing and industry events experience within a B2B technology company.

• Proven track record of partnering with B2B sales teams to build and accelerate pipeline.

• Strong project management skills with a history of delivering projects on time and on budget while managing multiple competing priorities.

• Direct experience utilizing Salesforce for lead imports, campaign tracking, and performance reporting.

• Clear, collaborative written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong active listening and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Demonstrated adaptability and comfort operating within a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong event coordination skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% for event support.
