Our challenge

We are looking to add an experienced Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to help lead multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced, dynamic corporate environment to our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, managing diverse stakeholders, and driving clarity in ambiguous situations. This role requires excellent communication capabilities, strong critical thinking, and the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights for both business and technical teams.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Piscataway, NJ is $85k - $90k/year & benefits (see below).

Responsibilities

  • Project management and business analyst

Project Leadership & Delivery

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are consistently met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk logs, and status updates.
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment to keep stakeholders focused and projects on track.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

  • Think critically to identify missing project information, resolve ambiguities, and proactively uncover dependencies or risks.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear requirements for technical teams.

Stakeholder Communication. Collaboration & Execution Excellence

  • Prepare and deliver high-quality, business-facing presentations that communicate project goals, status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Provide concise, tailored status summaries for diverse audiences—including technology teams, business leaders, and senior executives.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making by presenting options, implications, and recommended paths forward.
  • Promote best practices in project management, process efficiency, and team collaboration.
